BCMS HSA Programs & Events

The purpose of the BC HSA is to support cooperation between the Bala Cynwyd Middle School and student guardians in order to enrich and strengthen quality education for all students. The HSA works with school administrators and the student government to support and plan many of the annual special events for students, offer teacher and custodian appreciation, and organize other school community events.

Some of the programs and events the HSA plans or participates in are:

• 5th, 6th & 7th Grade Celebrations and Events 
• Teacher and Staff Appreciation
• Mini-Grants for Student Clubs and Staff
• Back-To-School BBQ
• ISC Art Show
• Book Fair
• Other school fundraisers and special programs, like the MLK Jr. Afternoon of Service
